SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does it take to get my order? Because every piece is hand-made to order, our timeframe is:

  • Production: 1-3 Business Days

  • Shipping (USA): 2-5 Business Days

  • Shipping (International): 5-10 Business Days

  • Most US customers receive their package within 5-7 business days of ordering.

Which carrier do you use? We use major trusted carriers including USPS and UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

I didn't receive my order. What should I do? If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it, or if it has been stuck in transit for more than 10 days, please email us immediately at Support@Timelessadorns.com. We will help track it down or send a replacement.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship globally. Please note that for some countries, customs fees or taxes may apply upon arrival. These fees are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your Return Policy? We offer a 60-Day "Love It" Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it for free immediately.

Can I cancel or change my order? We move fast! production usually begins within 24 hours. If you need to cancel or change an address, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes.

Can I return a personalized item? Because personalized items are custom-made specifically for you (with your names/dates), we cannot accept returns for "change of mind." However, if there is any quality issue, error, or defect, we will replace it free of charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.

My item looks different than the website. We strive for perfection! If you feel the item you received has a defect or print error, please snap a photo and email it to Support@Timelessadorns.com. We will review it immediately and make it right.
