PAYMENT POLICY
At Timeless Adorns, we are committed to making your checkout experience as secure, simple, and transparent as possible. Please review the information below regarding how we process and handle payments.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as trusted digital payment methods to ensure a seamless and secure checkout experience:

All prices on our website are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider will convert the charge to your local currency at their current exchange rate. Any conversion fees or foreign transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer and are set by your bank or card issuer — not by Timeless Adorns.
SECURE CHECKOUT
Your security is our top priority. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information at every step of the checkout process. Timeless Adorns does not store your credit card details on our servers at any time.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized and charged at the time of checkout. You may see a pending authorization on your bank statement before the final charge is posted — this is standard practice and will resolve within 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
Your order will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed. If your payment is declined or flagged by your bank, you will be notified by email. We recommend contacting your bank or card issuer directly if you experience a declined payment, as most declines are resolved at the bank level.
ORDER VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect our customers and our business, Timeless Adorns reserves the right to verify payment information before processing any order. In cases where an order cannot be verified or appears fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. If your order is placed on hold for verification, our team will contact you promptly.
BILLING STATEMENT DESCRIPTOR
For your records, charges from Timeless Adorns will appear on your bank or credit card statement as:

If you do not recognize a charge and believe it may be fraudulent, please contact us at support@timelessadorns.com before filing a dispute with your bank. In most cases we can resolve the issue quickly and directly, which is faster for you and avoids an unnecessary chargeback process.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
We stand behind every order with our 60-Day Love It Guarantee and are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly. If you have a concern about your order — including damaged items, missing packages, or billing questions — please contact our support team first at support@timelessadorns.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay your resolution significantly. We respond to all support inquiries within 24 business hours and will always work to make things right. Timeless Adorns reserves the right to provide transaction records, order details, and correspondence to your bank or payment provider in the event of a disputed charge.
DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS
If you have a valid discount or promotional code, it must be applied at the time of checkout. We are unable to apply discount codes to orders that have already been placed or processed. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly noted in the promotion.
FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
If your payment is declined at checkout, your order will not be placed and no charge will be applied to your account. Please verify your billing information, ensure your card details are entered correctly, and confirm with your bank that there are no restrictions on your account. If you continue to experience issues, try an alternative payment method or contact your bank directly.
