RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout.
We offer refunds if you meet the following criteria:

Items must be sent back in the same condition as received, utilizing an authorized return label provided by our customer care team.

Email us at support@timelessadorns.com with your Name, Order Number, and a brief description of the reason for your request.
We feature a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee subject to a 30% restocking fee. Once your return is received and fully processed, your refund will be completed within 3–5 business days through your banking institution.
Please do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came.
Returns & Exchanges If you are not entirely satisfied with your piece, please let us know and we will do our absolute best to make it right. You can reach our team at support@timelessadorns.com. Please note that we cannot accept returns on personal medical or health-related items.
Replacements If an item arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturer error, or if we mistakenly ship the incorrect item, we will promptly issue a replacement. You may be requested to return the incorrect item using a prepaid shipping label provided by our support team via email or text. To initiate a replacement request, please provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it. We utilize carrier tracking numbers to officially determine whether an order has been successfully delivered or lost in transit.
If your tracking number states your order was delivered but you claim it was not received, we must rely on the official carrier tracking data. In these instances, we require you to provide a claim ID from your local post office. As soon as our internal review is complete, we will gladly issue a replacement.
Returned to Sender If you provide an incorrect address and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will gladly reship it to you. You will be responsible for the reshipping and handling fees. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will issue a refund; however, please note that original shipping costs, priority processing, or insurance costs are non-refundable, and a 30% restocking fee will apply.
In certain cases, these packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier, or they may become permanently lost in transit. If we do not receive the physical package back, we can offer a 50% store credit toward a new item.
If you provided the correct address initially and the carrier made an error, we will reship the order to the same address completely free of charge. If you wish to alter the address for the reshipment, a standard shipping and handling fee will apply.
Order Cancellation All of our luxury pieces are printed and crafted on demand specifically for each customer at the time of purchase. Because of this specialized process, orders can only be canceled or modified within the first 12 hours following purchase. Orders for apparel, mugs, and ornaments cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
Clearance Items Items purchased on clearance are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging, and we make no guarantees regarding the aesthetic condition of these clearance items.
Warranties Our standard satisfaction and replacement policy extends for 60 days from the date your tracking number confirms delivery. If 60 days have passed since your tracking delivery date, we are unable to offer a structural refund or replacement.
