At Timeless Adorns, we believe that a gift should bring nothing but joy. That is why we stand behind every piece with our 60-Day Love It Guarantee. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE TIMELINE Items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS Quality is our top priority. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, simply contact us and we will send a free replacement immediately. You do not need to return the defective item.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE We have made the process simple:

Email our support team at Support@Timelessadorns.com with your Name, Order Number, and a photo of the item (if defective).

Our team will review your request within 24 business hours.

If a return is needed, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label.
REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
LOST PACKAGES If your tracking number states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office first. If you still cannot locate it, contact our team. We will work with the carrier to verify the delivery and, once confirmed, we will send a priority replacement to ensure you get your gift.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Personalized Items: Because these items are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" on personalized goods (unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will replace it for free!).
