At Timeless Adorns, we believe a gift should bring nothing but joy. That is why we stand behind every piece with our 60-Day Love It Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, we will make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
RETURN & EXCHANGE TIMELINE
Items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs and make it right immediately.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Quality is our top priority. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, simply contact us and we will send a free replacement right away. You do not need to return the defective item — keep it, donate it, or discard it. That is our promise to you.
EXCHANGES
Want a different style, color, or variation? We are happy to help with exchanges within 60 days of delivery. Simply contact our team with your order number and details about what you would like instead, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved items cannot be exchanged for a different variation, but if your personalized item arrived with an error or defect, we will replace it for free — no questions asked.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We have made the process as simple as possible:
- Email our support team at support@timelessadorns.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the item if it is defective or damaged.
- Our team will review your request within 24 business hours and respond with next steps.
- If a return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement — this is standard processing time on your bank's end and outside of our control.
LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but your package has not arrived, please start by checking with your local post office and any neighbors, as carriers occasionally leave packages nearby. If you still cannot locate it, contact our team right away. We will work with the carrier to verify the delivery and, once confirmed, send a priority replacement to make sure your gift reaches you.
PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ITEMS
Because personalized items are custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on these pieces — we hope you understand. However, if your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part, we will replace it for free immediately. Your satisfaction with the craftsmanship is always guaranteed.
