ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION Every piece at Timeless Adorns Jewelry—from our hand-polished jewelry to our precision laser-cut steel wall art—is made to order. To ensure the highest quality, we dedicate individual attention to every single masterpiece.

Production & Quality Check: 1–3 Business Days
Standard Shipping (USA): 2–5 Business Days

OUR CARRIERS We partner with premium, trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will receive an official tracking number via email as soon as your order departs our workshop so you can follow its journey directly to your doorstep.

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER? To maintain our fast-track delivery standards, orders are sent directly to our workshop floor for production.

Address Changes & Cancellations: Please email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Production Threshold: Once the custom engraving or laser-cutting process has officially begun after this window, we are unable to alter the design layout or shipping destination.

THE 60-DAY "MASTERPIECE" GUARANTEE We stand behind our craftsmanship with an industry-leading 60-day protection window.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an engraving error, please email a clear photo to support@timelessadorns.com. We will issue a free replacement immediately. You do not need to return the defective piece.
Lost Packages: If your package is officially confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will ship a priority replacement to you at absolutely no cost.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Personalized Items & Custom Art: Because these items are custom-engraved or laser-cut specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
Presentation Packaging: Standard orders ship in our elegant boutique gift box. For the ultimate VIP presentation, we highly recommend upgrading to our Hand-Polished Mahogany Luxury Box at checkout, which features an integrated LED spotlight to beautifully illuminate your jewelry piece.
